The previous house in Paderborn, Germany, felt cold and oversized, which did not appeal to the homeowner. As a social media expert, she desired a smaller residence that would better meet her daily needs and blend harmoniously into the surroundings.

After finding the ideal plot for the new build, STEININGER architects created a true gem, both in material selection and architectural appearance. An unconventional gabled roof laid the foundation for the new design.

Architect Harry Ahmadian explains, "Our approach was to shape the spatial program into a form that also corresponds to our idea of the architectural exterior!" Martin Steininger, CEO and designer, adds that interior design and architecture go hand in hand.
