The landmarked, lordly villa in Wallotstraße in Berlin-Grunewald was built in 1901 and comprehensively renovated in accordance with the preservation order and expanded the previously unused areas of the attic. Behind the harmoniously proportioned façade came office space with elaborate floor plans and airy ceiling heights. The building was reconstructed according to architectural design in style and thus retained its original representative effect.A high-quality, copper-colored kitchen as well as two other office kitchens of the STEININGER.manufactory create exciting contrasts.
