In the centre of the urban skyline, an exclusive penthouse redefines the concept of modern living. Clarity of form, targeted choice of materials and precisely placed accents merge here to create a living space of extraordinary intensity.

The interior of this unique flat follows the principle of reduction. The space is characterised by a deliberate restraint that allows for a subtle interplay of light, textures and colours. Concrete in its natural grey, raw beauty contrasts with the warm depth of dark smoked oak. Precisely placed colour accents, brought into the room by carefully placed works of art, add an extra dimension to the design. This well-balanced composition creates an atmosphere that is both minimalist and fascinatingly exciting.

The concept, developed in close collaboration with the architect, combines clarity with openness. The kitchen, part of the MODUL series and made of natural grey concrete, forms the central element of the design. It is complemented by a bar counter in the striking FOLD design made of burnished steel. These design elements lend the room an architectural austerity that nevertheless invites you to linger thanks to its aesthetic warmth.

The furniture and accessories have been selected with the greatest care and include renowned brands such as EDRA, Living Divani and Casalis. Sofas, high-quality carpets and a Desalto table in the outdoor area complement the range of materials and colours and emphasise the artistic quality of the entire interior. Every detail has been carefully integrated to emphasise the exclusivity of the space.

The realisation of the project in a high-rise building presented extraordinary logistical challenges. Furniture and furnishing elements that could not be transported by lift were lifted to a height of 110 metres using a heavy-duty crane. This precise coordination demonstrates the high standards of perfection and attention to detail that characterise this project.

The flat is far more than just a place to live. It is a staging that poetically combines the essence of architecture, material and light. It offers a retreat that combines peace, clarity and inspiration and creates a living experience that remains unrivalled in its uniqueness.
