Architecture and Interior in Monolithic Harmony
With VILLA P, STEININGER realized a holistic concept of architecture and interior design – from the first conceptual line to the complete spatial composition. Spanning approximately 350 m² of living space, the newly built residence is defined by its formal clarity and a functional zoning tailored to a multi-generational family.
The architectural appearance is shaped by a smooth, light-colored façade, complemented by beige contrast surfaces with a refined brushed texture. Indirect lighting accentuates the sculptural quality of the volumes, giving the building a calm and distinctive presence – both during the day and at night.
A defining design element is the consistent use of Ceppo dei Gré ceramic, which runs elegantly throughout the entire project. Applied in the exterior areas, it continues seamlessly into the bathrooms, sanitary spaces, and private wellness area, creating a continuous mineral materiality that connects architecture and interior.
Lower Level – Living Space for the Children
The ground floor was conceived as an independent living area for the grown-up children. Open yet clearly structured, it allows for both shared living and individual retreat. The reduced design language and custom-built furnishings create a calm, timeless atmosphere within the overall architectural concept.
Upper Level – Private Living Area for the Parents
The upper level forms the private living space of the parents and was fully designed, furnished, and equipped down to the finest detail.
At the heart of the living area is the ROCK in BLOCK kitchen, crafted in Ceppo dei Gré ceramic. Designed as a monolithic volume, it functions not only as a highly functional element but as the architectural centerpiece of the space.
A double-sided fireplace with integrated bar and TV solution serves as a connecting element within the open-plan layout, subtly structuring the space while preserving its sense of openness.
The spatial composition is complemented by the floor-to-ceiling WALL cabinet, crafted from wood and enhanced with integrated lighting. Precisely embedded into the architecture, it dissolves the boundary between furniture and structure, adding a warm, tactile depth to the otherwise mineral-driven material concept.
Indirect lighting, implemented through ceiling coves and linear LED elements, further defines the spaces and enhances the calm, harmonious atmosphere.
Wellness – Retreat with a View
The wellness area was conceived as a place of retreat, where materiality and spatial composition are consistently aligned with the overall concept. Here, too, Ceppo dei Gré continues as a defining element, unifying the different functional zones.
Adjacent to the interior, a stainless steel pool with expansive views creates a unique moment of stillness, where architecture and landscape merge into a seamless experience.
The entire interior composition of the upper level – including furniture, textiles, and curated accessories – was carefully selected and integrated by STEININGER to achieve a coherent and refined living environment in every detail.
