If Tony Stark, also known as Iron Man, is looking for a place to live in Europe, our study for a premium villa in Austria would certainly arouse his interest. The owners' requirement was that it must have been incredibly beautiful. We say: "Mission accomplished". Villa AG is spectacular, futuristic and luxurious like the imaginary home of the superhero. We put two cuboids on top of each other on a visible base that doubles as a terrace. The upper one is moved about 30 degrees south. A continuous marble facade and a precise articulated division delineate the courageous cubature.
The main area on the ground floor, with dressing room and bathroom of the two residents, as well as the living / dining room with kitchen and bar, all of which open to the south-east through the large retractable glass facade. Another highlight is the Rock.Air outdoor kitchen, which reflects the kitchen island pure concrete with a wall in the living area; this means that the boundaries between inside and outside disappear. Upstairs there is a large wellness landscape with everything your heart desires: spa, sauna, steam room, massage room, solarium, fitness area and a relaxing room.
There is also a guest bedroom with a private bathroom. We design the interior with Edra and Living Divani furniture. Natural stone and accessories complete the look. Four cars underground parking spaces are located in the basement, as well as a storage room, technical rooms and a spacious trophy room. The windows offer a clear view of the nearby swimming pool. In total, Villa AG has 650m² of living space, 40m² are used for a separate apartment for the housekeeper.
