The instructions for the creation of this villa in Tulln could read as follows: "Take 3 cuboids, put them at different heights and then slide them together to create a sheltered outdoor area". Et voila. The resulting courtyard, framed by the extensive glass facades of the building, is used as a terrace and gives the residents a view of a private pond. By using different room heights, the resident goes through changing dimensions and spatial feelings.
